The studio did not appear with the AI wave. It grew out of two decades of shipping real systems and real growth for real businesses.
What is now a multi-brand studio started as a one-person software company, twenty years ago. Building has been the core ever since.
We built and ran complex, business-critical applications and platforms for very large, worldwide organizations, the kind of systems where downtime is not an option.
We built the platforms behind customer communities and multi-tenant ecosystems, long before that was a buzzword.
We helped grow some of Europe's best-known consumer brands. In 2012 we put a major Dutch furniture retailer in Google's organic top 3 on hundreds of head terms like "bankstel" and "meubelen". We introduced a leading European sleep brand into the German market and ranked it top 5 organic on the hardest category terms: "boxspringbetten", "boxspring", "matratzen". Then repeated it in the Netherlands and Belgium on terms like "luxe bedden".
